Children are welcome for all events! We will have a separate kids' dinner on site Saturday evening.

All events are at Wheatleigh, Hawthorne Road, Lenox, MA 01240.

SCHEDULE WITH SOME DETAILS:

FRIDAY EVENING:

Casual welcome supper, 6-10pm. With s’mores! Under the stars or under the patio tent, weather depending.

SATURDAY DAYTIME:

Saturday is intended to be a laid back, whatever-you-want time. Join in the daytime activities below, or feel free to take the day to venture out to explore the area.

Breakfast at your inn or on your own.
Easy yoga followed by woodland walk, 10am-noon. The yoga will be gentle, not advanced or pretzel-y. For the woods walk, please wear sturdy shoes and take precautions against ticks.
Picnic lunch, noon - 1:30pm. Help yourself to a to-go lunch, to enjoy on site or as you explore the area.
Afternoon chill time, 1:30 onward. Play some whiffleball. Read a book. Spell some Bananagrams. Adventure out into the Berkshires - there are lots of great places to explore.

SATURDAY EVENING:

Shuttle pickups at all hotels, 5:30 pm.
Cocktail hour, 6 pm. If you are staying at nearby inns, please make use of the shuttle rides we've arranged to and from Wheatleigh for this evening's festivities.
Dinner and dancing: 7pm onward. Dinner will be a Little Bit Fancy, with an amazing live band for dancing afterward. We'll have a separate Not So Fancy dinner for younger guests, and then will reunite the full party on the dance floor!

SUNDAY MORNING:

Farewell brunch, 10am to noon. Don’t forget your cider donuts for the road!
